Summary

  • move write handling behind application commands
  • move read handling behind application queries
  • split Spotless formatting into a Java 21 CI job while preserving Java 17/21 test builds

Verification

  • mvn -B spotless:check
  • mvn -B clean test
  • GitHub Actions run 29270197304 passed: Java formatting, Java 17 execution, Java 21 execution
