Minor changes to pronouns, as requested by issue #52 . Also modest changes to emphasis, especially regarding the excitement of what the student is about to learn.

It feels to me a bit redundant. Moreover, this change reduces the meaning of the mentioned it. It is not only about enjoyable, but about the entire experience of having something enjoyable, of having experience in the kitchen and the most important confidence. The aforementioned it encompasses all of this. @warmana, I suggest to omit word enjoyable.

Good point, thank you. I've rephrased - hopefully it's better now.

@warmana, I am not sure I can agree with this change. I believe that @evildmp tries to tell something slightly different from what your version tells. The anxiety was not whether pupil will learn or not, but about making everything to make them learn, and focus on learning only. They focus on the process of actual learning so much energy that the work eventually turns rather hard and exhausting then efficient. When one works out of compulsion instead of being driven by passion, the result is less productive.

Ah, thank you, that's a subtle but important difference. I've revised my suggestion accordingly. Thank you.
