Translation to pt_BR

Generate the translate html files with the following command:
sphinx-build -b html -D language=pt_BR . _build/html/pt_BR

I would suggest to pause any translation work right now, because over the next few days I want to revise a lot of the content, and I don't want you to do any unnecessary work!

Well, I would say both are valid:

1. The framework current state is useful and can help a lot even not being translated to the latest version that should be next to release in a few days.
2. And also the review and maintenance of the framework is valid to keep it even more useful.

So I think each of us can keep going on. And I guess I can also update to the next version. 😉 👍
