Replace the polar plot's normalized SVD dir_component with the actual per-repetition response (mean line + min/max band), projected onto the stored time_component. This avoids the min-max-to-[0,1] normalization making noisy, untuned cells look artificially fully tuned, and correctly handles negative responses via a shifted polar rorigin with an explicit zero-reference circle. Also extract the plotting code into a standalone plot_os_ds_summary function, leaving only data prep in plot1.
