Summary

  • New Incident Merging page covering manual merge, auto-merge rules, AI agent-assisted merge, split/detach, and how merged incidents appear
  • Rewritten Incidents page for V2: monitor-based incident creation, incident properties, auto-resolve, detail drawer with Lineage/Monitors/Timeline tabs
  • Rewritten Incident Management page for V2: grouped table, filtering, quick filters, bulk actions, ticketing, incident settings
  • Updated Triage & Response best practices: removed all stale "Coming soon" items and "beta" language, added V2 workflow references
  • Updated Alerts & Incidents Overview: added incident merging to core functionality list
  • Updated docs.json nav: added incident-management and incident-merging pages, removed stale redirect
  • Added 6 screenshots of V2 UI (incidents list, lineage/monitors/timeline tabs, merge page, bulk actions)

Test plan

  • Preview with mintlify dev — all pages render without errors
  • Verify all internal links resolve correctly
  • Check screenshots display in both light and dark mode

Made with Cursor

Looks good, why are there two different pages for incidents and incidents management?
