This PR modifies CloudWatch widget to show all Executor logs for three sizes (Small, Medium, Large). All three log groups must exist in order for the widget to work properly. Therefore, I used the
SetCloudWatchRetentionLambdaFunctioncustom function to create log groups that have not been created and gracefully skip the ones that were and just set the retention. This was tested inakitson-runway-dev.
