This makes selecting several top-level designs usable in the MCP flow.
get_structurenow returns every visible selected root, so an agent can discover their node IDs and callget_codeonce per root.get_codeintentionally remains single-root. I also updated the error guidance, schema descriptions, docs, agent skill, and tests so the workflow is clear end to end.
