+  - Allow to bump BREE to Java 25 for SimRel projects
+  - No general allowance to bump BREE for Platform (in particular not SWT)

+    - Provide a new fragment that uses FFM
+    - Keep the existing JNA-based fragments
+  - Eclipse Installer dependencies should stay on Java 21 (or at least still provide a Java-21-compliant fragment
