Indeed. I've investigated why this happened, because your name should be added to the list automatically.
It turned out that the email you use in your git commits is not connected to your GitHub account.
You can see it from the display of the author of your commit: It just shows your name, but only a generic GH icon

You can add it in your GitHub profile settings under: https://github.com/settings/emails

Let me know when you have connected your profile with your email, then I'll rerun the acknowledgement generation and you should be added to these lists.

In order to make such issues more visible (and fixed sooner) in the future, I also enhanced the generation to display missing GH author data in the update PR's message:
