Ah, yes @joalbalade: Could you have a look at #584? For the moment, it would be enough to add the missing copyright headers to the Python files, we're in the process of refactoring our CI, so I wouldn't change anything there. |

I ran the tests for the compliance_tool folder before removing the NOTICE file, and I had the following results :
Then I removed the file and I ran the tests a new time and I had the same results.
