feat(release): add Edge, Opera, and install template

Summary

Expand GitHub release assets and add a complete installation template based on the google-cloud-skills-boost-helper release flow.

Release assets

• Chrome ZIP
• Firefox ZIP
• Edge ZIP
• Opera ZIP
• Firefox source ZIP remains available for store submission

Release page

• Add browser-specific manual installation instructions.
• Replace the {version} placeholder automatically.
• Combine the installation guide and generated changelog into the GitHub Release body.
• Verify that all four browser packages exist before publishing.

Chrome and Firefox store submission remains unchanged; Edge and Opera packages are attached to GitHub Releases for manual installation.
