XUnitConverter Not Working (with Mono)

Hello. I'm using JetBrains Rider and Mono with the XUnitConverter trying to test it out locally before passing it off to colleagues regarding converting our MSTests to xUnit. This is the exception that I receive when it's trying to create the MSBuildWorkspace....

FWIW I've dusted off, and upgraded XUnitConverter. I've made this a permanent fork, leaving behind this repo, since it's not being maintained anymore, and contributions are declined. @mariohines I don't know if you still benefit from this, I hope it does. Otherwise, maybe other people might benefit from this.

What I've done is upgraded XUnitConverter to .NET Core 3, which only needs a handful of packages (2 Roslyn packages, and only the Microsoft.Build.Locator package). I got it compiling, and all tests working again.

However, it was failing on my legacy .NET Framework projects. I figured, the target framework of XUnitConverter needs to be the same as the target framework of the project you're trying to convert. So for that reason, I changed it back to targeting .NET Framework 4.8. I expect that this will also work on mono. But even if it doesn't, I'd expect it be very easy to get up-and-running, since all the complexity with all the referenced assemblies, and binding redirects have been eliminated.
