Adds seed exploration over simulated runs: the
@sim_testdecorator runs a test across many seeds,explorereturns the first failingSeedReport, and failures render with a trace tail and pending-task list. A pytest plugin exposes--simloop-seedsand--simloop-replayand summarizes explored seeds in the run output. Importingsimloopstays free of pytest. Cuts the 0.1.0 release.
