Feature: Add, commit, sqash in one command #317

Description

@SimonHoiberg

Feature request

As a developer, I want to make the common procedure of adding to a recent commit easier by using a single command.

Scenario

You just commit your changes and pushed to remote.
Now you realize that you did a small typo or the like, and you want to have this change included in your most recent commit.

Normally, you will now have to:
git add .
git commit -m "..."
git rebase -i HEAD~2
Squash the latest commit "..."
Remove the commit message by commenting out.
git push -f

Feature

Have all this included in one command.
Example:
git phlow append .
git push -f
