[FSA-2026] Add missing organizer LinkedIn links

Adds LinkedIn profile links for 3 organizers who didn't have one yet: Silas Oliveira Rodrigues dos Santos, Vitor Marcelino, and Pedro Lucas. Small housekeeping update, no other content changes.
