fix(sol): use UTF-8 toolkit dependency

Summary

• Point the Angular toolkit peer dependency to the SOL UTF-8 ui-toolkit branch.
• Expose the generated Angular package metadata for the local/manual branch build.
• Keep generated dist/ output ignored by Git.
• Remove the root module-type setting that conflicts with the repository ESLint configuration.

Validation

• npm run build
• npm run lint

Depends on the ui-toolkit SOL UTF-8 change.
