docs: 版本化隐私政策与使用条款

变更内容 / What changed

• 隐私政策当前版本升级为 v3，保留 v1 / v2 不可变历史页面。

• 使用条款当前版本升级为 v2，保留 v1 历史页面。

• 使用统计改为默认开启、可随时关闭，并明确仅包含去标识化安装信息和聚合数字计数。

• 明确统计不读取或发送用户身份、对话、提示词、输出、文件、Agent 或任务数据。

• 记录应用在任一协议更新后再次要求用户明确同意。

• 中英文政策、设置指南和 FAQ 同步更新。

• Privacy Policy is now v3 with immutable v1/v2 history; Terms of Service is now v2 with v1 history.

• Usage statistics are enabled by default and remain user-disableable.

• The policy limits statistics to pseudonymous installation fields and aggregate numeric counts, explicitly excluding user identity, conversations, prompts, outputs, files, Agents, and task content.

• The app must request explicit agreement again whenever either agreement version changes.

• corepack pnpm build
• 已确认中英文 /privacy, /privacy/v1, /privacy/v2, /terms, /terms/v1 均生成静态页面。
• Confirmed static output for current and historical policy routes in both locales.
