I do not think a "workflow" (releases or CI checks) is required for this type of project, but issues and PR should probably be needed as we speak of a trivial situation here.
Something in the line to direct issues/PR specifically to the "client" project unless the author strictly knows what they are doing.
Maybe only to confirm that the script works as a CI check??
