beaconcha.in now requires an API key for validator lookups, which breaks the selected-validator dashboard link. Build that link from indexes already loaded from the local consensus client, and retain individual validator explorer links.
Remove the unused explorer API client, RPC methods, response types, and backend configuration. Show a warning when a selected validator has no index, and open valid dashboard links directly from the click handler.
Validation: TypeScript compilation, production UI build, ESLint, and 138 passing tests (1 skipped).
