Closing without merge: epic e45 (Quality Core) has already been delivered on main through subsequent work — the archived epic capsule (specs/epics/archive/e45-quality-core) and both new skills this PR adds (context7-mcp, diagnose-stall) already exist on main. This branch is 172 commits behind main and its own CI (sync-skills) is red, so merging now would overwrite ~2.5 weeks of later work with a stale snapshot. No content from this PR appears to be missing from main. |
