• Implement a typed, deterministic state-topology detail merge and add focused regression coverage
• Preserve Effect typing through benchmark runbook selection so strict typecheck passes
• Remove strict-lint drifts that were blocking the repo quality gate
• Align translation providers with the effect-runner boundary while preserving graceful degradation behavior
• Validate with targeted checks first, then rerun the required repo-wide gate
• Document the remaining pre-existing full-test failures surfaced after the gate progressed further
