fix(security): sanitize entity type and claim verification in HTML export

Sanitizes entity type and claim verification fields with escapeHtml() in buildHtmlExport to eliminate XSS and HTML attribute injection risks when static HTML exports are opened in a browser. Added unit test coverage for XSS vectors on both fields.
