It's not really clear. As far as I can tell the maintainer is focused on IPP server query/monitoring use cases, and does not welcome other contributions. |

Adds encode_collection support to serializer, allowing complex collections to be submitted in print jobs. Also applies black formatter changes as enforced by pre-commit checks.
