Description
This PR adds a MOLE.jl logo that Documenter.jl should automatically pick up (since it is located in
assets/logo.png) so that it shows in the top-left corner in the documentation site as it is customary.I also created QR codes (one to the main GH repo and one to the MOLE.jl docs) that I am adding to the repository.
