Description of the Change
Update the BTTV and FFZ Emote Providers to provide URLs to the highest scale/resolution version of an emote.

Ensured emotes from BTTV and FFZ return the highest scale/resolution version available
Ensured emotes from BTTV and FFZ still show properly in the dashboard
