  • Rewrite Getting Started to the default JSON-first layout (crew.jsonc, agents/*.jsonc)
  • Document --classic for the older Python/YAML scaffold
  • Align the latest-ai-development example with generated JSON crew files
  • Add a test that loads the README JSON examples through the crew validator
