This PR modifies Dockerfile.dist, which falls under the protected path prefix 'Dockerfile'. The change is an automated Renovate dependency update (go-toolset 1.26.3 → 1.26.5-1787559109) with digest pinning, and renovate.json in the repository root authorizes this class of automated update.
