Closing as deprecated / superseded.

Rationale:

• The goal of this issue was remote/mobile access to Corin's data. Mobile is now covered by uteke-mobile (dedicated mobile app talking to uteke-serve directly).
• Uteke's HTTP server already provides the remote-access surface (REST API, auth, view-only potential) — building a parallel "Corin Web API" would duplicate that layer without adding user value.
• No current demand for a web dashboard; if that changes, it should talk to uteke-serve, not a Corin-specific API.

Related: #25 (mobile companion) is likewise superseded by uteke-mobile — leaving that call to its own triage.
