Resolve next-after-trigger over tabbables outside the floating content so Tab does not loop back into a portal when the trigger is last on the page.
Add a dedicated example and e2e assertion for the portalled focus-loop case.
Fixes the sync loader TypeError with Node 24 when listing/running tests.
