…only) (#14003) Flip the staging .htaccess from report-only to getCspHtaccessBlock in enforce mode: it unsets the inherited headers (incl. the legacy wildcard CSP on the staging vhost) and sets the tightened policy as the enforced Content-Security-Policy. Production is deliberately left report-only on latest — it will be flipped to enforce after the release-branch enforce rollout is deployed and verified. Staging has no cross-product inheritance (separate host), so this can land independently of charts/studio.
