This lambda, which uses an old runtime, can upload and delete objects from S3. There doesn't seem to be any plumbing to trigger it (e.g. SNS, SQS, EventBridge, etc.) and it hasn't logged any invocations since 2017. Old runtime and the capability to write/delete objects in S3 means this lambda is a liability.
