Adds a minimal Python 3.11-slim image that installs the package (with the pinned CloudQuant Backtrader fork) and starts the stdio MCP server.
Motivation: Glama listing verification (and container-based host setups) need a Dockerfile that starts the server and answers MCP introspection; see the awesome-mcp-servers listing requirement and the usage example in the Dockerfile header.
