Deep ACPI LPI idle triggers an rcu_sched stall / hang on Orion O6. Fall back to arch WFI (cpuidle.off=1 equivalent) until a root fix lands. Refs cixtech#12, cixtech#8.

Workaround for #12: disable CONFIG_CPU_IDLE so CPUs fall back to arch WFI instead of the ACPI LPI deep-idle path that triggers the rcu_sched stall / hang on Orion O6, until a root fix lands. See also #8.
