Adds PostalCodes to the Address/ZIP codes lookup section.
PostalCodes provides a free public postal-code API at https://postalcodes.info/api for global postal-code search, country exports, and address-validation data. This fits the existing section alongside Zipcodebase and address lookup APIs.
