TS6 deprecated moduleResolution=node10 and now requires explicit rootDir when include differs from the inferred source root. Also no longer auto-acquires @types/* packages in this config, so node types must be listed explicitly. ignoreDeprecations silences ts-jest, which hardcodes moduleResolution=Node10 internally.
