Appends the PQS schema-upgrade how-to (docs-website, identical for 3.4 and 3.5) as a new ## Upgrade section after Secure on the PQS Operate page. Cross-references resolved to in-page and cf-docs anchors; see DIVERGENCE note. Signed-off-by: 8bitpal <elias@zerolimit.es>
