What is this?

This adds a manually dispatched simulator boot benchmark that compares existing iPhone 17 Pro simulators across iOS 26.2, 26.4, and 26.5 with Xcode 26.6.

How does it work?

The workflow runs one macOS 26 job per runtime, verifies the runtime and device, shuts down that existing simulator without erasing or recreating it, then records boot completion and data-migration observations in the job summary. The iOS 26.5 job alone restores and saves the specified existing-device directory, keyed to the Xcode and runner image version.

Why is this useful?

The results identify the quickest supported runtime, make CoreSimulator migration delays visible, and test whether restoring the iOS 26.5 simulator state reduces cold-boot work.
