docs: Salesforce record type filtering, field validation, and expanded OAuth scopes

Summary

Updates documentation for features shipped in Cal.com v6.3.17:

• Salesforce record type filtering: You can now exclude specific Account Record Types (e.g. "Partner/Alliance", "Vendor") from account matching, so those accounts are skipped when Cal.com determines which account an attendee belongs to.
• Salesforce field mapping validation: Cal.com now validates field mappings at save time and surfaces sync errors at runtime with diagnostic notifications on the Salesforce settings tab.
• Salesforce event object field types: The "write to event object" option now supports typed fields (Text, Date, Phone, Checkbox, Picklist, Custom) matching the attendee record field configuration.
• Expanded OAuth scopes: Updated scope descriptions to reflect newly accessible endpoints including out-of-office, webhooks, conferencing, selected/destination calendars, booking attendees, and new ORG_MEMBERSHIP_READ/ORG_MEMBERSHIP_WRITE scopes.
