Python SDK examples for tutorials 001-012. Each tutorial gets a
python/directory with wrapper class, scenario orchestrator, and pytest tests.4 tutorials have full wrapper implementations (001-lightsail, 003-s3, 010-cloudmap, 011-batch). 6 have scaffolds ready for implementation.
