platform is built by
bindings-jvm/build.shand the per-platformnatives are combined via
bindings-jvm/merge-jars.sh.src/bindings-wasm/dist/, built viabindings-wasm/build.sh.src/release/, built viacfn-validate/build.sh.THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txtfilesregenerated by the workflow via
scripts/generate_licenses.py.
