Update to feature name and additional capabilities

Description

GA release for Provision and Domain Verification. Updates the feature name from Self-Service SSO to Self-Service Enterprise Configuration. Combined with Universal Components and My Organization API, use Enterprise Config to create an admin dashboard for your customers to manage their Auth0 services. Updates made to translated article filenames. Pending translation.
