docs: add infrastructure sizing guidance and update related docs

Description

• Introduced a new page for Infrastructure and capacity planning to provide guidance on CPU, memory, and disk capacity for self-hosted Appsmith deployments.
• Updated existing documentation to reference the new infrastructure sizing page, including best practices, deployment architecture, and environment variables.
• Enhanced the best-practices.md and deployment-architecture.md files to include capacity planning considerations and links to the new guidance.
• Adjusted instance size recommendations across various installation guides to align with the new baseline.
