This is a pretty long blueprint. In the Google Doc, the table of contents it has is useful. The Markdown version could use a table of contents at the top, too.

This PR adds a blueprint proposing adding additional service addresses to cache servers.
Disclaimer: This is a very large blueprint that originates from a document made long ago - most notably from before servers had multiple network interfaces. I do not understand much of it, nor do I claim to be a proponent of it. I am not even a reliable source of information on the primary motivation for this feature. Who proposed this idea initially has been lost to time, as Google Docs doesn't provide identifying information on the author of documents shared through a public link. Ideally, if this is ever to be merged, the person who actually wants that to happen will step forward and take ownership of the blueprint (probably by opening a competing PR, whereupon I'll close this one).
