The current star history chart is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Switch the chart to a working provider that needs no API token so the Star History section renders correctly again.

The Star History chart in the README is currently broken because the provider relies on GitHub's stargazer API, which now restricts access.
This change points the chart at a working alternative that uses a different data source and requires no API token, restoring the Star History section so it renders correctly again.
