Issue for this PR

docs: This PR does not refer to an existing 'issue'; it adds a README.nl.md file with Dutch translation (.nl = "Nederlands") of existing docs. It was initially translated by AI, then proof read and slightly edited for better readability by an excellent native speaker, then proofread once more by another native speaker who is already part of the dev team (confirmed in Discord chat). Note: this only changes human readable text in the modified markdown documentation files.

Type of change

  • [FALSE] Bug fix
  • [FALSE] New feature
  • [FALSE] Refactor / code improvement
  • [TRUE] Documentation

What does this PR do?

Please provide a description of the issue, the changes you made to fix it, and why they work. It is expected that you understand why your changes work and if you do not understand why at least say as much so a maintainer knows how much to value the PR.

If you paste a large clearly AI generated description here your PR may be IGNORED or CLOSED!

How did you verify your code works?

By reading it as en excellent native speaker, and having another native speaker who is already part of the dev team read it as well.
