[Why] Body Pose was implemented internally in CVMLSDK but not yet exposed in the public Ryzen AI CVML Library alongside existing features like depth estimation, face detection, and face mesh. [How] Add the public header, Windows binaries (DLL, LIB, graphlib), and sample application (main.cpp, CMakeLists.txt, README) following the same structure and naming conventions as existing public features.
