chore(cmd): surface key verbs in top-level command descriptions

What

Group descriptions in the root help now list the key verbs of their sub-commands instead of paraphrasing the noun — so non-guessable entry points (import under objects, create/select under application) are visible without drilling into each group:

• objects: "Import, browse, add, update, and delete records"
• indices: "List, copy, move, clear, and delete indices"
• application: "Create, select, and manage your Algolia applications"
• settings: trailing period dropped (only Short that had one)
• describe: reframed for discovery ("Print the full command and flag tree as JSON, for scripting and discovery") + a jq example listing every top-level command
• Root help examples now open with algolia auth login — the actual first step of any session, previously absent from the examples
