Version bump for 0.4.7, following RELEASING.md.

  • packages/cli/package.json and the packages/cli workspace entry in bun.lock go to 0.4.7. bun install --frozen-lockfile passes.
  • RELEASING.md: the 0.4.7 candidate notes replace the 0.4.6 section.
  • Release regressions plus the output-schema session and CLI suites: 181 pass, 0 fail.

What 0.4.7 ships (#134):

  • Schema byte and structure bounds on every path.
  • Reason-first configuration errors that name the resolved path.
  • Counted rejections and a capped retryCount.
  • Telemetry drained before terminal failure, and a single terminal path.
  • The canonical schema embedded in the StructuredOutput description.
  • A named StructuredOutput tool choice on the corrective turn.

After merge: gh release create v0.4.7 --target <merge SHA>, then the publish workflow, an install check and the executor pin bump in aictrl.

Bump the wrapper package and its bun.lock workspace entry to 0.4.7 and record
the candidate notes for the output-schema follow-ups and provider hints (#134).
