Replace the direct hextra import with solo-io/docs-theme-extras v0.1.13
(which re-exports hextra v0.12.3), matching agentgateway/kgateway oss.
- go.mod/go.sum: swap hextra for docs-theme-extras v0.1.13
- hugo.yaml: import docs-theme-extras; add params.themeExtras
(brand: oss + prodHost) for the OSS brand CSS layer and fonts
- custom/head-end.html: call themeExtras/head-end.html bootstrap as the
first line (documented module contract)
- drop local reuse-image{,-dark} shortcodes now provided, and superseded,
by the theme
