Release v1.7.0

This release headlines the multi-agent refactor: persistent teams, background workers that really resume, and one session-scoped supervisor for every agent (#915, #950). It covers the 69 PRs merged since v1.6.0 (#879–#951, excluding #939, which is still open).

What changes

• Version 1.6.0 → 1.7.0 in pyproject.toml, install.sh, install.ps1, the src/__init__.py fallback and uv.lock.
